Trip to China in May 2008 before the Olympics. Went to Beijing first visited Teinenmen Square, Summer Palace, Forbidden City, The Great Wall, Temple of Heaven, Ming Tombs, Beihai Park with the White Pagoda, and Beihai Lake then took a 12 hr. non-stop train to Changsha (Hunan Province-Capital) then drove 40 kilometers West to Mao Ze Dong (Mao’s Country Birthplace-Shaoshan) later took a 3 day bus tour to Zhangjiajie National Park and then a plane from Changsha to Shanghai to walk around Shanghai’s “Walking Street”.  

We are in the early stages of trying to produce a reality type show for all equine lovers. The host will be the talented Catherine Hudson from Leeds, UK. Production will travel all over the globe. Starting point Lexington, Ky.

The focus will now be - A BREED APART – 26 HALF HOUR EPISODES FOR NATIONAL PBS DISTRIBUTION AN HD SERIES THAT COMPARES AND CONTRASTS DIFFERENT HORSE BREEDS. EACH PROGRAM WILL INTRODUCE THE VIEWER TO A NUMBER OF BREEDS FROM DIFFERENT PARTS OF THE US, LOOKING AT THEIR HISTORY AND DEVELOPMENT, CONFIRMATION AND INSIGHTS INTO THE FUTURE OF EACH BREED. THIS HIGH DEFINITION PRODUCTION WILL SHOW OFF THE EXQUISITE BEAUTY OF THE FOALS AND ADULTS OF EACH BREED.

THE SERIES IS TARGETED TO BE COMPLETED PRIOR TO THE 2010 EQUESTRIENNE GAMES TO BE HELD IN LEXINGTON, KENTUCKY.
